اللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى الأَنفُسَ حِينَ مَوْتِهَا وَالَّتِي لَمْ تَمُتْ فِي مَنَامِهَا فَيُمْسِكُ الَّتِي قَضَى عَلَيْهَا الْمَوْتَ وَيُرْسِلُ الأُخْرَى إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
Treating Sleep Apnea with Tibb-e-Nabawi
As the West says, Sleep apnea is an involuntary cessation of breathing that occurs while the patient is asleep. It is caused by a blockage of the airway, usually when the soft tissue in the rear of the throat collapses and closes during sleep. OR the brain fails to signal the muscles to breathe. Left untreated, sleep apnea can have serious and life-shortening consequences: high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, automobile accidents caused by falling asleep at the wheel, diabetes, depression, and other ailments. Sleep Apnea is treated with a surgical procedure which moves the jaw top (maxilla) and bottom (mandible) forward. Possible benefit of the operation is that the oxygen saturation in the arterial blood increases. Treatment from Tibb-e-Nabawi is as under, & we start the medicine with correct belief & A'amal-e-Salehaat
Part 1 (Shifa by Belief) :
We should have a Yaqeen that disease is created by Allah & Shifa is totally in the Treasures of Allah, & if the healing is delayed, it is by Allah's Wisdom & Hikmah, the other issue of Yaqeen is that we should have a strong belief that Tibb-e-Nabawi is the best medicine of this world, we have seen that some people take Hijamah only with an intention that it is Sunnah (it is correct), but they depend more on the conventional medicine, it is a wrong concept, Tibb-e-Nabawi is both the Sunnah & best / safest medicine of this world.
Part 2 (Shifa by Salehaat) :
Remaining with Wazoo throughout the day, praying 5 times punctually & avoiding dish antenna / music, protect the eyes & never mix up with women, same is for women to avoid coming across Non-Mahram. QURAN ~ Try one Juzz (para) recitation daily & reciting Surah Fatihah over any food or drink that the patient takes
سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا اله الا الله والله اكبر ولاحول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم
Subhanallah, Alhamdolillah, La ILAHA ILLALLAH, Allah o Akbar, Laa Haula Wala Quwwata Illa Billah,as much as you can, Salawat (Darood) on Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam, as much as you can, Istighfaar, as much as you can, the patient should do Sadaqah daily. Rejuvenate the body by fasting every Monday, Thursday & 13th, 14th, 15th of lunar month, HUNGER brings Shifa, that is for sure. Patient should try to wake up in Tahajjud & cry in front of his LORD, & Shifa is guaranteed.
Part 3 (Shifa by Tibb-e-Nabawi foods) : Good quality Honey to be licked at an empty stomach; followed by TALBINAH with Flaxseeds & Figs, (after a gap of 2 hours).
Lunch to be skipped
Dinner : Vegetable curries cooked in the blessed olive oil with a Barley Bread, avoid Spinach, potatoes, lady finger (Bhindi), Karela (Bitter Gourd), egg-plant (Baingan), Cabbage & Cauliflower, just select curries of Kaddu (Gourd), Carrots, Turnips, sweet potatoes, Cucumbers, green beans and beetroot, rotate them everyday.
Dinner should be early ~ immediately after Maghrib, any food is not allowed after Isha. And if the patient misses the dinner before Isha, it is not allowed to eat anything till Fajar prayer.
Again, a good quality Honey to be licked before sleeping & do not eat or drink anything after taking Honey.
Totally stop wheat & rice, soda drinks, sweetened juices, animal proteins, all lentils (legumes), tea / coffee, vegetable oils, pickles, salted foods, fried foods, spicy foods, on the shelf dairy products, and all whatever is available as canned / packed foods from the market.
Part 4 (Shifa by the blessed herbs) : Formula "R" made as a paste in Honey & taken as a tablespoon twice daily, with hot infusion of formula "J" ~ 4 to 5 cups daily; & most important is Sa'oot of Qust-al-Bahri, before going to sleep.
Part 5 (Shifa by Hijamah) : First session as 5 points on the head, followed by 6 points as we do for Pulmonary Edema. Ladies should take Hijamah on the head as explained in the article For Migraine in women.
